During the past 24 hours, solar activity was low. Four active sunspot regions were on the visible disk without any M-class or above flares produced. The solar wind speed decreased to about 350 km/s. The geomagnetic field was at active levels for 3 hours and was quiet to unsettled for the rest of time. The greater than 2 MeV electron flux at geosynchronous orbit reached minor storm level.
